A Rússia suspenderá o fornecimento de eletricidade à Finlândia por falta de pagamento a partir dste sábado (14), informou a RAO Nordic, subsidiária da empresa russa Inter RAO. A Suécia também indicou que deve solicitar entrada na aliança. As medidas rompem com décadas de neutralidade das nações nórdicas, em meio aos efeitos da invasão russa da Ucrânia.
